WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our current order processing time is 1-5 business days. For pre-orders, the items will ship at the time indicated on their listing. Thank you so much for your patience with us during this time! Please allow longer processing time during holidays due to the high order volume. Once shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PAGE OVERLAYS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

CAN I PURCHASE A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND AN ITEM IN STOCK AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, but your order will be shipped when all the items become available. If you want certain things before the pre-order date, please purchase them separately.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

No, unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders. Please purchase all of the items that you would like together.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates start at $10.99 USD for Canada and $13.99 USD for the rest of the world.

Here is the list of countries that we do not ship to at this time: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
